Compensation Range: $134,014 - $176,924 / Year

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
  • Coordinate patient care across various settings.


Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program and a minimum of 1 year post training experience
  • New graduates will be considered based on their previous experience and interest in geriatrics
  • CA license in good standing
  • DEA Schedule II Certificate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment

Pay Range
$64.43 - $85.06 /hour
