An integrated healthcare network has an opening for a Physician Assistant to provide geriatric care in a long-term care facility. This position is located in Eastern Washington.

Job Details:

• Flexible weekday schedule, set your own schedule
• Weekday call requirements only (7 am-7 pm)
• Full-time position
• Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care, order and interpret lab results, prescribe and monitor medications, etc.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Washington Physician Assistant license or application in process
• Active and unrestricted DEA or application in process
• NCCPA Certified
• Minimum of 6 months Post Acute Care or Primary care experience necessary
