Your Role as a Gastroenterology Physician Assistant:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments – Diagnose, treat, and develop personalized care plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests – Includes lab work, imaging, and GI procedures.
  • Educate patients – Provide treatment guidance, preventative care strategies, and disease management education.
  • Perform minor GI procedures – Based on experience and physician guidance.
  • Maintain accurate medical records – Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Florida Physician Assistant license – Required.
  • Clinical experience in gastroenterology, primary care, internal medicine, or emergency medicine – Preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic & assessment skills – Comfortable managing acute and chronic GI conditions.
  • Excellent communication – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
