- Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. The position includes some chronic pain management and requires chart closure within 72 hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 18 patients per day (PPD), and a patient mix of 70% pediatrics and 30% adults. Qualified APCs must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar setting. An active DEA license is required before the start date. Required immunizations for credentialing before the start date include the 2022–2023 flu vaccine, TB status with X-ray results (within 90 days of the start), positive MMR titer or complete immunization series, positive Hep B titer or series, positive Varicella Zoster titer or series, and Tdap immunization within the last 10 years.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage some chronic pain cases as part of daily responsibilities
- See a minimum of 18 patients per day

Qualifications
- PAs must have a California Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
- NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedule II authority
- Active DEA license required prior to start
- Ability to complete credentialing within 30–60 days; timely submission of applications and documents is essential
