  • Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. This position requires chart closure within 72 hours and follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a minimum of 18 patients per day, treating a mix of pediatric and adult patients. Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) must have at least three years of experience in a similar setting, Physician Assistants (PAs) must possess a California Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate, and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) must have a Furnishing License with Schedule II. An active DEA is required before the start. Required immunizations before the start date include the 2022-2023 flu vaccine, TB status/X-ray results (within 90 days before the start date), positive MMR titer or complete immunization series, positive Hep B titer or complete immunization series, and positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete immunization series.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
- Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain compliance with state and facility regulations, including credentialing and licensing requirements.

Qualifications
