- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Closed 1 Hour for Lunch
COMPENSATION:
- $70 to $100 per Hour, negotiable depending on experience
- Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage

Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an autonomous position in which the new nurse practitioner or physician assistant will be the only provider on site, with an off-site supervising physician, providers in other offices, and attentive medical director accessible by phone when needed.
Each provider is supported by a medical assistant who helps however possible, including with charting and documentation.
The new NP or PA will provide routine, low-acuity medical services to a dedicated patient panel, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day. Depending on patient need, some days are lower volume and, initially, the volume will be an average of 8 to 10 visits per day.
The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:
- routine primary care
- management of chronic conditions
- various physicals and evaluations
- vaccinations
- low-acuity sick visits
- minor injury care
- telehealth (from the office)
- and much more
The clinic uses an EHR and has a dedicated pharmacy and lab.
Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking. The new provider must speak fluent Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
