Position Overview:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education
Work closely with physicians and other clinicians in a collaborative, team-based model
Ensure a positive experience for patients, physicians, and visitors in all interactions
Utilize advanced medical knowledge in diagnostics, therapeutics, and clinical decision-making
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive patient care plans
Prescribe medications and alternative treatment modalities
Utilize medical equipment for patient care
Educate patients on health promotion and risk identification
Maintain a safe and professional work environment
Leverage community and professional resources to enhance patient care
Requirements:
Education & Certification:
- APRN or PA degree/certification required
- Must obtain a state license in KY and/or IN
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, diagnostics, and patient education
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
