Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for February 14-March 14 at their onsite Corporate Health center in Lebanon, OR. Provider will see adults ages 18-65 for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and minor injuries. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 10:00am-6:00pm and Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
