NP/PA Primary Care opening in WA Located in Oroville, 2hrs to Wenatchee Overview: Located in the heart of Washington, this role offers the opportunity to enjoy beautiful landscapes, including open skies and snow-capped mountains. Summary: Provides primary health care services to patients in both hospital and clinic settings. Responsibilities include performing examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families about ongoing care. Essential Functions: Deliver primary health care, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic and acute conditions and minor injuries. Write prescriptions and perform office procedures within the scope of expertise. Counsel patients and families on physical and emotional health issues. Participate in health promotion activities and clinical care planning. Maintain comprehensive medical records using an Electronic Medical Record system. Collaborate with staff and physicians to identify and meet patient needs. Keep Basic Life Support (CPR) certification current. Adhere to professional standards and organizational policies. Qualifications: Required: Active Registered Nurse and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in Washington State by the start date. Desired: Relevant experience.
