Join our skilled nursing facility team in Tiffin, OH, as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. In this full-time role, you'll provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing health management. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and ensure a supportive environment for residents.

Shift Schedule: Full and Part-time available. 6-Hour Shifts Daily, Monday - Friday (No weekends, no overnight shifts)

Compensation & Benefits:

· Competitive Salary: Up to $165,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements:

· Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state you are applying for.

· Active DEA license required for prescribing medications.

· Certified NP or PA, with national certification in your field.

· Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.

· Experience in primary care, post-acute care, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.

· Willingness to travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region.
