Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for March 17 & 19, July 7, & August 11 & 13 at their Corporate Health Center in Greeley, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:30pm with a 60-minute break. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
