Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - All-Ages Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 4:30pm
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $190,000 to $200,000 Base Salary, depending on experience
- Malpractice Insurance

COMPANY PROFILE:
This multi-site rural healthcare organization has been serving its local community for more than 50 years, providing full scope primary care, specialty services, and more in a variety of settings. The Parker outpatient clinic currently boasts a staff of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have easy access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor surgical procedures, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an outpatient primary care position in a rural health clinic, seeing patients of all ages. The new provider will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare, emphasizing health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling.
Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants.
All work is within the area of standard primary care:
- annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- physicals
- chronic disease management
- minor sick / injury visits
The practice uses an EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1+ year advanced practice experience preferred
- 1+ year primary care experience preferred
- providers with less experience considered on an individual basis
