We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice full-time in Fort Morgan, CO. Our office is located 1 ½ hours from Denver CO in the beautiful town of Fort Morgan, CO!

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluations in new and existing patients- functional medical exams (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging)
- Order and review appropriate tests- (read X-rays) Evaluate clinical data
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- DOT and sports physicals
- Perform treatments to include hormone optimization with BioTE procedures, Joint injection/trigger point injections, and regen medicine
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments
- Documentation- accurate and timely
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- PA/NP license in CO
- Experience in Joint Injection/Trigger Point injection preferred
- Experience in hormone therapies/regen medicine a plus
- Full time (Mon-Friday with office hours ending at 12 on Fridays)
- $125k-$145k per year (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
