The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established clinic in Rio Rancho, NM. This full-time, W2 position offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, on-call duties, and the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Provide exceptional patient care in family or internal medicine, treating patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions with a patient-centered approach.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and health management (because clear communication saves lives—and time).
• Participate in on-call rotations (don’t worry, it’s manageable).
