- Full-time permanent position
- 3/8s or 4/8s work week schedule discussed during interview (1 Saturday rotation every other month)
- About 8-12 patients per day
- The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care for all ages
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
- WI license in hand or in the process
