Family Nurse Practitioner
Northern California Wine Country
Position Highlights:
- 4-Day Work Week
- Outpatient and No Call
- 18-20 patients per day
- Patient-Centered Medical Home with integrated medical and behavioral health teams
- Epic EMR with integrated AI scribe
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $150K-$185K commensurate with experience
- Signing Bonus/Relocation: $30K
- 35.5 Days of PTO Annually
- NHSC and State Loan Repayment Program Eligibility
- Employer-paid health, dental, and vision premiums
- Retirement plan with up to 4% employer match
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited FNP program
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible if completing FNP training
- Must be comfortable with seeing patients of all ages, particularly adolescents
