Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas (CSVS) has been serving the underserved population in Monterey County since 1980, growing to include 13 locations offering comprehensive services such as medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and orthopedics.

• Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Role:
  • Patient volumes vary by location:
    • Plaza, Circle, Sanborn: 20–25/day
    • Castroville, King City, Pajaro: 15–20/day
  • Patient mix: Medicaid/CHIP (72%), Medicare (4%), Insured (11%), Uninsured (13%).
  • EMR: NextGen ensures seamless workflows.

Financials and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Starting at $140,000 for new graduates, with increases based on experience.
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000, forgiven monthly over 3 years.
• Housing Allowance: $42,000 annually ($3,500/month) for the first 3 years.
• Relocation Assistance:
  • $5,000 for in-state residents, $7,500 for out-of-state.
• PTO and CME:
  • 168 PTO hours (21 days) annually, increasing in year 3.
  • 11 paid holidays and 40 hours CME with $1,500 allowance.
