DESCRIPTION:

Our facility, the FTIHS (Forth Thompson Indian Health Services), falls under the GPAO. FTIHS provides medical care for approximately 3,000 tribal members living on the Crow Creek Reservation. Serving a rural area, many of our patients travel 75 miles round trip to receive care. The FTIHS was built in 1982 to provide an expanded level of outpatient health care services specifically designed to meet the needs of the Crow Creek Reservation population. Services include: Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Public Health Nursing, Radiology Services, Laboratory, Dental, Community Health, Purchased & Referred Care Services, Nutrition Services, and Optometry.

REQUIRED:

· Will take any State License! Do not need a SD state license!

· BLS or ACLS

· Must be comfortable working independently

COMPENSATION:
