We are looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Needville, TX. You will have a pivotal role in providing high-quality comprehensive medical care to patients across the adult age group. You will serve as their first point of contact for preventative care, acute illness management, chronic disease management and health promotion.


Responsibilities for the job are as follows:

  • Evaluate and treat ~15 patients per day.
  • Review bloodwork and refill prescriptions on a day to day basis as they come in.
  • Work as a team, you can be as autonomous as desired, but questions and collaboration is encouraged

Qualifications:

  • Active PA-C or NP license to practice in Texas.
  • Spanish speaking is required.
  • Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • State licensure and board certification are required.Active PA-C or NP license to

Job Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8am-6pm; Saturday 8am-1pm
