Adelphi Staffing is seeking a autonomous Physician Assistant to provide medical services for youth and young adults at an academic training facility located in Anaconda, MT.

• Active and unrestricted MT License

Responsibilities:
• Work independently or collaboratively within a healthcare team to serve financially disadvantaged youth.
• Review applicant files, conduct initial physical exams, and develop medical treatment plans.
• Record medical documentation, including diagnoses, treatments, and interactions.
• Treat minor illnesses, episodic conditions, and provide first aid, CPR, and other care within scope during scheduled hours.
• Prescribe controlled and non-controlled medications as appropriate.
• Participate in committee and applicant review team meetings.
• Report monthly on health matters, including medical separations, special service costs, and supply needs.
• Establish and manage a medical referral system for students requiring specialized care.
• Attend conference calls, webinars, and training as scheduled.
• Provide periodic staff education on mutually agreed topics.
• Any other duties as assigned.
