Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a multi-speciality, 40+ provider medical group, is a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation. We are seeking an additional, experienced NP or PA to join the primary care team at our Tehachapi location. To be eligible for consideration, post training experience is required.

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
- Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
Pay Range
$67.30 - $72.11 /hour
