We currently seek a Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our community partner, Healthy Living Primary Care. Healthy Living Primary Care is a highly regarded and well-established group in Folsom, CA, that has a strong reputation of providing exceptional patient care and for 5-star patient satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full time employment with work-life balance
- Reasonable daily patient volume expectations with ample time allotted for each patient (30 minutes per encounter)
- No nights or weekends; no call
- Primary and preventative care including:
- Adults and pediatric patients
- Lab/imaging follow-up appointments
- Management of stable chronic medical conditions, with goal of moving to management of medically complex patients
- Medicare annual wellness exams

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited training program(s)
- Board certified
- 2-5 years prior APP experience in family medicine, including peds, preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Willingness to learn and grow

Pay Range
$68.00 - $78.00 /hour
