SSM Health is actively searching for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive primary care services with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring individualized and evidence-based care.
  • Provide patient education on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri.
  • Experience in primary care or family medicine is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive patient-provider relationships.
  • Commitment to staying current with advancements in healthcare and continuously improving clinical skills.
