Adelphi is seeking to urgently recruit a Registered Nurse Practitioner (NPs) and Physician Assistant (PAs) for a training center in Indiana. The candidates will be primarily responsible for student health services at the center and should have experience working with young adults in residential training environments.

Requirements:
• Licensed as a NP /PA in Indiana.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with adolescent and young adult healthcare preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement the center’s health and wellness program in support of student success and retention.
• Advise the Center Director and wellness staff on health-related matters, including medical separations, health program costs, and the direction of health services.
• Provide direct medical care to students, including health screenings, evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer immunizations and manage communicable diseases in compliance with Job Corps guidelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintenance of health records in line with federal and state standards.
• Train staff on health procedures, including infection control, CPR, medication administration, and emergency response protocols.
• Participate in student meetings and IEP (Individualized Education Program) conferences to provide insights on students’ health needs.
• Supervise health protocols and maintain health supplies for effective service delivery.
• Engage in professional development activities to keep nursing skills current and meet compliance standards.
• Support the Center Physician with program oversight and coordinate with the Wellness Manager for integrated health services.
• Perform other duties as assigned to promote a safe and supportive environment for all students.
