Woodland Clinic Medical Group is a growing multispecialty group of 150+ providers, servicing the family community of Woodland, CA. The group is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine Team. Candidates fluent in the Punjabi language are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
  • Coordinate patient care across various settings.

Qualifications
  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
  • Completion of state mandated educational courses

Pay Range
$64.90 - $81.73 /hour
