Specific shifts are November 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 25, 26, 28, 29, December 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, January 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9. Provider will see adults for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
