- Join our multidisciplinary primary care team
- The selected candidate will provide a broad range of care to patients of all ages, and be responsible to manage the needs of a distinct panel of patients including chronic disease management and follow up, acute care, and many in office procedures
- All staff participate in quality assurance projects and work among highly qualified professionals in setting goals of delivering high quality care to all
- Successful applicants must be flexible with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
- Organization is a NHSC site with a competitive HPSA score qualifying for loan repayment
