Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Freeport, NY
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Freeport, NY area. The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced. We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group. The provider must be bilingual in Spanish/English. The PA/NP will be working in primary care, at our office locations in Freeport and Franklin Square, NY.

Duties:
  • Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual wellness exam
  • Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork
  • Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
  • Treatments for acute and chronic conditions
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
  • Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care
  • Medication refills as needed

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish/English

Schedule:
  • Full time

Salary (range):
  • $165k-$170k per year
