- Non-profit, FQHC providing medical, behavioral health, community outreach, diabetes education and pharmacy services for over 25 years

- Onsite care team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Behavior Health Clinicians, Case Managers, RN Clinic Managers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Diabetes Educators

About the role:
- M-F, 8am-5pm, call 4 times a month
- Primary Care services also include HIV, Hep B, Hormone Injections for transgender patients and suboxone distribution
- Nurse Practitioner will see all ages
Background Desired:
- 3-5 years of experience in a primary care and HIV preferred
- Unencumbered NM license or eligible for state licensure at time of application
