- Compensation: Compensation is based on salary + productivity incentives. Base salary starts at $150k but can be incentivized beyond, taking into consideration additional bonuses and incentives.

Our patient population consists of about 50% peds and 50% adults -Work where your values lie: TFH is a charity-based organization, giving 20% of annual proceeds back to the community we serve -Zero call responsibilities -EXCELLENT SUPPORT STAFF: Mix of MAs, LPNs, RNs, and 2 MDs on staff -EMR: Athena QUALIFICATIONS: -Candidates must be experienced, and must be able to work autonomously without supervision. 2 years preferred but will consider candidates with previous primary care experience as an NP/PA. -Candidates must be willing to spend 2 days/week in our Brooklyn and Bronx satellite locations
