University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our group. We have opportunities in Pleasanton, Castro Valley/Hayward locations.
Position Details:
- Community-based practice model
- Full time 40 hours per week (split as 4 hours per day patient-facing and 4 hours per day to cover in-basket work for other physicians as assigned)
- Minimum 1-2 years of primary care or urgent care experience required
- Ability to carry own panel of patients and cover other physicians.
- Work with collaborative and supportive staff
- Opportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care including basic outpatient procedures
- Clinicians see an average of 10-12 patients per half day
- Laboratory and radiology services available onsite
- Access to Stanford specialists in-office as well as nearby offices
- Diverse patient population
- Applicants for Castro Valley and Hayward locations must be able to split time between both sites
