Seeking Family Med Physician Assistant to join talented team in west central TX. Center has been providing medical care to the community for over 20 years. Our team offers a comprehensive range of medical services and treatments to Ozona and Crockett County, including family medicine and urgent care.


  • Primary Care Clinic is open M-F, 8-5
  • Urgent Care 24/7
  • Imaging on site
