$130k-$140k base plus quarterly bonus!
NO on-call
4-day work week (Mon-Thur)

We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to join our well-established medical office full time in Tempe, AZ. We are looking for a motivated PA-C who has previous orthopedic/musculoskeletal experience and is skilled with Trigger point injections and Joint injections utilizing Ultrasound guidance when needed. The primary responsibilities will be providing management of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

Duties:
  • Evaluation and Management of MSK/Orthopedic patients (HPI, med history, review pertinent reports/imaging/records)
  • Order and review labs and diagnostic imaging
  • Writing and delivering care plans
  • Patient education as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options, use of DME, and lifestyle modifications/therapies
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team throughout care for comprehensive, multiapproach to patient care
  • Overseeing physical therapy protocols (stretching, strengthening, and posture training)
  • Allergy testing, immunotherapy, and blood draws as needed
  • Prescribing and providing Durable Medical Equipment and home rehab kits along with home recommendations
  • Treatments to include Trigger point injections and Small and Large Joint Injections (US guided as necessary), and regen medicine injections
  • Prescription therapies (no opiates are dispensed within our facility)
  • Re-examinations to determine progress of care
  • Documentation- timely and accurate

Qualifications:
  • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C)
  • 1+ years of PA experience in PM&R, Ortho, or Pain Management preferred
  • Licensed to practice in AZ
  • Current DEA license
  • Medicare credentialed in AZ
  • Willingness to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team
Schedule:
  • Full time -Monday - Thursday
  • 4-day work week =3-day weekends- every weekend!
  • No on-call required
Salary (range):
  • $130k-$140k base plus quarterly bonus structure
