Dates & Schedule:
Duration: Dec 1, 2024 – Oct 1, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-hospital first assisting
Clinic Coverage: Every third week on Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Call Coverage: 7-8 days per month
Night call during the week
24-hour call on weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first assist in cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries.
Participate in clinic care every third week.
Cover both inpatient and outpatient settings, with 80% of time in the hospital and 20% in the clinic.
Manage vascular and endovascular cases.
Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) is required.
Handle a patient load of 10-15 patients per day (PPD).
Requirements:
Experience as a CVT Surgery PA or NP.
Proficiency in vascular, endovascular, first assist, and inpatient care.
Must have active BLS and ACLS certifications.
Washington State licensure preferred, or ability to practice under IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact).
