Client seeking Physician from September 30 - December 23 and NP/PA from September 23 - December 15 for contract assignment in Folsom, CA from September 30 - December 23. Hours for Physician are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Hours for NP/PA are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will be the only provider seeing ages 2+, mostly adults, for primary care and acute care. Clinic is staffed by both administrative and clinical support. It is a primary care center with onsite Labs, Physical Therapy, Chiropractor, Acu, and Behavioral Health. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
