    • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to do primary care rounding in a skilled nursing facility in the Spokane, Washington, area
    • In this role, you will work one week on, one week off, approximately 8 hours per workday.
    • You will also have the flexibility to set your own daily work hours
    • Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short term and long-term patients
    • Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
    • Order and interpret lab results
    • Prescribe and monitor medications
    • Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners
    • Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions
    • Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
    • Promote healthy lifestyle changes
    • Requirements:
    • 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting required
    • Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required
    • Active and unrestricted Washington NP license required or application in progress
    • Active and unrestricted Washington DEA required or application in progress
    • Expected compensation is an estimated salary range of $77,000 to $122,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
