Client seeking Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician for contract assignment in Indianapolis, IN on September 18, 19, 23, 24. Hours are Monday/Wednesday, 8:00am - 2:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 11:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care, acute care, and possibly occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. Occupational health experience is preferred but not required.
