Salary and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000+ (depending on experience)
• Student Loan Repayment – Eligible For Up to $75,000 with a 2-Year Commitment
• Health Insurance – Employer Pays More Than 75% (Around $100 Per Pay Period)
• Dental and Vision Insurance is paid 100% by the employer
• Paid Time Off: 20 days in your first year
• Paid holidays: 8, plus one paid float holiday every year

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: 40 Hour Work Week
• Patient Population: Patients of All Age Ranges
• Call Schedule: No On Call
• Patients Per Day: 16 to 18 on Average
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Athena
• Full Support Team: Front Desk, Office Managers, Medical Assistants, etc.
• Educate patients on preventative care and prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan

Requirements:

• Clear and active PA license in the State of Florida (New Graduates Will Be Considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
