Position Highlights:

This role comes with a $5,000 hiring bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement.

Role Overview:

As a clinician, you'll provide comprehensive reproductive health care to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include delivering expert patient care in a clinical setting, which involves conducting gynecological exams, providing screenings and treatments, offering counseling and contraceptive advice, and managing the detection and treatment of vaginitis, cervicitis, and STDs. Additionally, you will perform ultrasounds, medication abortions, and other related services, as well as follow-up consultations based on health center guidelines and patient needs.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct medical screening procedures for PPCW patients.
Perform gynecological and STI examinations, including assessments of the thyroid, heart, lungs, abdomen, extremities, breast, genital, and pelvic areas.
Refer patients with abnormal findings to the Medical Director or other appropriate medical professionals, in line with health center guidelines and patient needs.
Order, perform, and interpret routine laboratory tests.
Manage follow-up care for abnormal pap smears, positive STI tests, and other lab results.
Provide appropriate medical referrals and follow-up.
Administer medication abortions.
Perform ultrasounds for gestational dating, abortion, and IUC placement.
Assist in abortion and sterilization services.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Must meet state licensure requirements for Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant in Oregon and/or Washington.
Must hold National Certification or have a current Medicare number.
Must be eligible for prescriptive authority with current licensure.
