• Two locations - one alongside 5 providers and other is solo - whichever suits you best
• Outpatient only, ramping up to seeing 18 patients per day
• Opportunity to supervise 1 clinic - leadership role
• Ongoing salary plus quality metrics annual and $3,000 for CME expenses
• Sign-on and Relocation Reimbursement, FQHC for Loan repayment program
