We’re currently seeking a Physician Assistant - Family Medicine to join our amazing team.
Details of the Physician Assistant opening:
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- Salary Range: $136,240 annually
- Anticipated duration of assignment: As needed
- Anticipated schedule: FT / 40 hours per week

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant:
- Provide direct patient care services
- Record physical and mental status
- Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests
- Implement and manage plans of care, as well as prescribe and dispense medications and more
- Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel
Qualifications for the Physician Assistant:
- Current and unrestricted license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
- Must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care and comfortable working autonomously
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by a provider recognized by the American Heart Association
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public as well as share the values of Weeks Medical Center
