Hi there,
This is Landon with Aya Locums. I am representing a facility in Lawrenceville, IL in need of some Locum coverage starting in September. Please see the details below and let me know if you or someone you know are interested.
Specialty: NP/PA FM
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Perm
Shift Details: Mon-Fri 3x12 hour shifts- 1 weekend every 4 weeks – weekend hours are 8a-1p
Schedule: Mon-Fri 3x12 hour shifts- 1 weekend every 4 weeks – weekend hours are 8a-1p
Work Details: Must see all ages

Practice Setting:
Hospital
Travel Logistics:
Specific travel client will pay for:TBD
Requirements:
License Required: Active IL license / willin to license
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Need 1.5 weeks/10 calendar days + (Quick Starts okay) at minimum lead time from Booking to Start to account for Credentialing/Compliance.
