Client seeking NP/PA/PHY for contract assignment in Indianapolis, IN from September 23 - 26. Hours are Monday/Wednesday, 8:00am - 2:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care, acute care, and some occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment; occupational health experience is preferred.
