Client seeking NP/PA for family practice contract in Bend, OR from September 16 - October 28. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see employees, spouses, dependents, COBRA-coverage, and retirees for primary care, acute care, and urgent care; ages 2+ for illness and medical care; ages 5+ for well child appointments. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
