  6. Shift options: 8:00 to 12:00, 1:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Fridays - The shifts will vary dependent on need.

  1. Candidate Requirements:
    1. State License(s) accepted: Nebraska or SD- must have SD or multi state to include SD. DEA and SD controlled substance
    2. DEA/CSR required?: YES
    3. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: YES
    4. Residents –Y/N and what are the details? No
    5. Life Certifications needed: BLS and preferably DOT certified
    6. Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe ( Ex: 2 years, 500 hrs): Prefer previous family med clinic experience
    7. Other qualifications needed: N/A
