Join our experienced team for a Family Nurse Practitioner (or PA) assignment in the Madison area!
Schedule:
- Start ASAP: As early as July 8th
- Option to extend to full-time if desired
- Clinic open 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Hours will vary by day of the week
- No Call
Medical Home Model:
- Outpatient, ages 2 and up
- Manageable 10-15 patients per day
- Site also has lab, behavioral health and physical therapy
Cases:
- Primary care, well care, acute and chronic care, and well women exams
Qualifications:
- Board-certified
- Active WI license
- Current BLS, DEA
- Min. 24 months experience
FAST Credentialing:
- 7 days or less!
