Overview

Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking for experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our brand new Express Care Clinic in Elk Grove, CA.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Practice will have 2 Physicians and 3 APPs
  • Walk in clinic with shift schedule
  • Full patient coverage when not in office for work/life balance
  • Clinic will be open 7 days a week
  • Work on average of 3.5 days a week, including weekends
  • Excellent compensation with benefits package available

Compensation Range: $138,000 - $170,000 / Year

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
  • Coordinate patient care across various settings.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics (no exceptions)
  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
  • Completion of state mandated educational courses

Pay Range
$68.83 - $68.83
