Delphi Healthcare has partnered with a Primary Care Health Center that is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services to the community, located in the Buffalo area. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. Our clinic offers a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

The Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Primary Care will work under the supervision of a licensed physician, delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. The PA/NP will conduct patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform routine procedures, and provide patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
  • Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and administering injections.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, health maintenance, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in primary care or family medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

**The position is an 8-13 week assignment**(FT)

$60-$80/hr
