Northern Vermont client has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Join a dynamic team providing outpatient primary care. They are a NCQA accredited facility with excellent provider support. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a wide range of primary care and rural medicine. This location provides a catchment area of 28,000 and is located close to the Canadian border.
Salary up to $110,00 plus productivity based incentives. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including educational loan repayment. Generous PTO. This position does not require weekends with the additional benefit of major holidays as days off.. Staff of eight physicians and six advanced practitioners. The practice is part of a certified medical home model. . On average of 18-22 patients per day. Located in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont where access to outdoor recreation abounds, including hiking, cycling, downhill and cross country skiing, fishing, hunting and golf. Live and work where others come to play!.
