UT Health East Texas is searching for a Primary Care (Family Medicine) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Hideaway Lake Internal Medicine practice located in Lindale, TX- 14 mi from Tyler.

About Your Work:

• Join one physician and support staff in an established, employed practice
• Outpatient-only position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• No Weekend Requirement
• No Call Requirement
• Lab and X-ray available onsite
• Epic EMR
